OSDA is headed by an Executive Director (ED). He is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Organization. The ED is an appointee of the Board and is the secretary to the board of directors. He is the overall decision maker in the organization and provides overall leadership of the organization. He heads and directs the Senior Management Team (SMT) team that is composed of 5 senior staff that includes the Heads of Programmes and Operations and Finance Manager and Human Resource and Administration Manager staff include the HR and administration director and the programs director who manage the day-to-day activities of the organization. The Executive Director participates in evaluating progress and outcomes of programs and giving recommendations of programs when needed to improve organizational performance.
