OSDA is built on a culture of integrity and high professionalism, accountability, and transparency. We, aspire to work pro-actively in a participative consultative and collaborative way with our communities and stakeholders. We hold ourselves individually and collectively accountable for all the above.
OSDA is guided by the principles and standards that govern humanitarian action i.e., The Core Humanitarian Standard on Quality and Accountability (CHS), Sphere Standards, and ICRC’s Code of Conduct. In addition, it aligns its development agenda to Counties CIDPs, Kenya Vision 2030, AU agenda 2063, Global Frameworks, and all its projects and activities are geared towards contributing to the achieving of the SDGs specifically 1,2,5,6, 8, 13 and 16.
